Data we process

To provide Uno, we process sign-in identity, account information, MCP and app authorization state, tool arguments and results, usage, billing, and security logs. Third-party access tokens are used only to call apps you authorized.

How we use it

We use this data to authenticate users, execute tools, bill usage, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, and improve the service. Uno does not put third-party tokens in tool results or sell personal data.

Gmail data and Google API Limited Use

Uno processes Gmail message content and metadata, such as senders, recipients, subjects, bodies, timestamps, and labels, only when you explicitly authorize and invoke Gmail MCP to read, search, or send email you specify. This data is used only to provide the feature requested by you or your agent. If you choose to have an agent use the result, the data is returned to that agent or its selected service to complete your request. Uno does not use Google user data for advertising, sale, profiling, or training generalized AI or ML models, and complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Providers and international processing

When a task runs, the parameters necessary to complete it are sent to the upstream tool provider selected by you or your agent. Providers may process data in different regions, and their own terms and privacy policies also apply.

Credentials and security

App tokens and platform credentials are stored with versioned encryption. Never paste an API key, access token, or password into a prompt, log, or support message. You can disconnect authorized apps from the dashboard.

Retention and your choices

We keep data only as long as needed to provide, settle, audit, and secure the service. You may request access, correction, or deletion through the support page, subject to identity verification.
