Terms of Service

Last updated: July 30, 2026

Service scope

Uno provides tool discovery, authorization routing, and execution. Some capabilities are supplied by third parties whose availability, limits, and terms may change.

Your responsibility

You must have the right to use connected accounts and data, and you are responsible for tasks assigned to an agent. Before a write such as sending, creating, paying, deleting, or modifying data, review the target, arguments, and confirmation shown.

Prohibited use

Do not use Uno to infringe rights, bypass access controls, distribute malware, commit fraud, conduct unlawful surveillance, abuse services at scale, or violate applicable law or upstream provider terms.

Credits and charges

Tools may consume credits per call or by usage. Prices and free allowances are those shown before the call in the product or API. Calls blocked before upstream execution or not executed are handled under the current billing rules.

Availability and limitations

We work to isolate failures and prevent duplicate writes, but do not promise that the service or third-party output is always correct, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose. Human review and independent backups are required for high-risk or irreversible actions.

Suspension and changes

We may limit anomalous use or suspend accounts to protect users, Uno, or providers. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date and text in the product.
