Generate PPT from file. Based on user-uploaded file (file URL), execute PPT generation task. When PPT-ID is returned, task is successful; use query_ppt tool to check progress and preview URL. Args: file_url: User-provided file URL, supports MarkDown, Word, PDF, XMind, FreeMind, TXT. Returns: PPT-ID
