Exports DingTalk AI Table data as a file. Call it without taskId to create a new export task and wait up to timeoutMs for it; if the task finishes in that window you get downloadUrl and fileName directly. Pass the returned taskId on later calls to keep waiting on the same task instead of creating a new one. Supported scopes are all, table and view (field-level export is not available yet); supported formats are excel, attachment, excel_and_attachment and excel_with_inline_images.

Input parameters
baseIdrequiredBase ID，可通过 list_bases 或 search_bases 获取
format可选，导出格式。创建新任务时必填。 支持值：excel、attachment、excel_and_attachment、excel_with_inline_images。
scope可选，导出范围。创建新任务时必填。 支持值：all（整个 Base）、table（指定数据表）、view（指定视图）。 scope=table 时必须传 tableId；scope=view 时必须传 tableId 和 viewId。
tableId可选，Table ID。scope=table 或 scope=view 时必填；可通过 get_base 获取。
taskId可选，已有导出任务 ID。传入后表示继续等待该任务；此时不要再传 scope、format、tableId、viewId。
timeoutMs可选，单次等待超时时间（毫秒）。默认 30000，最小 200，最大 30000。超时后会返回 taskId，供下一次继续等待。
viewId可选，View ID。scope=view 时必填；可通过 list_views 或 get_views 获取。
