aitable__get_base

Retrieves directory-level information for a DingTalk AI Table base, returning the base name plus summary lists of its tables and dashboards without field or record details. Use this as the entry point for a base: read tableId and dashboardId values from here, then call get_tables for table details and get_dashboard for dashboard details.
