aitable__prepare_import_upload

Requests an OSS direct-upload URL for an import job and returns uploadUrl and importId. Upload the raw file bytes to uploadUrl with an HTTP PUT, without adding custom headers such as Content-Type unless the storage service behind uploadUrl explicitly requires them; once the upload finishes, pass importId to import_data to trigger the import, with no other parameters needed.
