Updates the name, description, or configuration of a specified view in a DingTalk AI Table base. Stable updates cover newViewName, viewDescription, visibleFieldIds, filter, sort, and group; fieldWidths is supported only for Grid views. The first column field is the index for each record and cannot be deleted, moved, or hidden.

Input parameters
baseIdrequired所属 Base 的唯一标识。
config可选，视图配置更新项。
newViewName可选，新的视图名称。
tableIdrequired所属数据表（Table）的唯一标识。
viewDescription可选，新的视图描述。若不传则不修改；如需清空，可传 {"content": []}。
viewIdrequired目标视图（View）的唯一标识。
