contact__get_user_info_by_user_ids

Fetches detailed employee information for a list of DingTalk user IDs, including basic profile (ID, name, manager name and manager userId), role assignments, and department membership. Use it for batch lookups such as org chart display or approver selection; results are limited by org visibility rules, so fields may be filtered or an employee omitted entirely if the caller lacks permission to view them.
