Create an instant voice clone of a voice using provided audio files from URLs. ⚠️ COST WARNING: This tool makes an API call to ElevenLabs which may incur costs. Only use when explicitly requested by the user. Args: name: Name for the cloned voice. file_urls: List of URLs to audio files for voice cloning. The files will be downloaded to a temporary location. description: Optional description for the cloned voice.
