成立期限，格式必须为yyyy-mm-dd@yyyy-mm-dd 例如2023-01-12@2023-11-11 表示2012年1月12日到2023年11月11日之间成立的企业, 2023-01-12@2023-01-12 表示2012年1月12日成立的企业, 2023-01-12@表示2023年1月12号及之后成立的企业, @2023-11-11表示23年11月11日之前成立的公司, 为None时表示任意时间成立的企业。
