Input parameters

file_typerequired云文档类型
is_solved是否已解决（可选），默认值为false
is_whole是否全文评论，默认值为false
need_reaction是否需要获取评论卡片上挂载的Reaction数据，默认值为false
page_size分页大小，默认每页返回 50 个评论
page_token分页标记，第一次请求不填，表示从头开始遍历；分页查询结果还有更多项时会同时返回新的 page_token，下次遍历可采用该 page_token 获取查询结果
user_id_type此次调用中使用的用户ID的类型
