get_auth_oauth_server

Retrieves how Neon Auth acts as an OAuth 2.1 authorization server for the branch, including for MCP servers. This is Better Auth's OAuth Provider plugin (API plugin `oauth_provider`), not social login; for providers such as GitHub or Google call `list_auth_oauth_providers`. branch_id is a branch id (br-...), not a branch name. Call list_branches to resolve a name.
