get_realtime_secret

Retrieves the secret the application backend issues Realtime tokens with. Requires write access: the secret lets its holder issue Realtime tokens for the branch, so it is unavailable in read-only mode. Call `enable_realtime` first. branch_id is a branch id (br-...), not a branch name. Call list_branches to resolve a name.
