update_auth_oauth_client

Updates an OAuth client of the Neon Auth OAuth server. `redirect_uris` and `resources` replace the stored lists, so send the full list. At least one resource is required. `type` cannot be changed. branch_id is a branch id (br-...), not a branch name. Call list_branches to resolve a name.
