create_time_before

Upper bound for dispute creation date in Internet date and time format (e.g., 2023-12-31T23:59:59.999Z)

update_time_after

Lower bound for dispute update date in Internet date and time format (e.g., 2023-01-01T00:00:00.000Z). Must be within last 180 days.

update_time_before

Upper bound for dispute update date in Internet date and time format (e.g., 2023-12-31T23:59:59.999Z). Must be within last 180 days.
