company.get_actual_controller

Looks up a company's actual controller — the final controlling party after full equity penetration analysis — for risk assessment, related-party identification, and competitive analysis. Use this first when asked who controls a company; the penetration result is already included, so do not call get_shareholder_info or get_beneficial_owners to redo it (use get_shareholder_info for direct first-layer shareholders and get_beneficial_owners for natural-person beneficial owners holding 25% or more). Quote the returned total shareholding, voting rights, and ultimate beneficial ownership percentages verbatim: never recompute the penetration percentage by multiplying layer-by-layer stakes, never invent intermediate holding entities, and treat the tool's aggregated values as authoritative over any of your own calculations.
