company.get_beneficial_owners

Looks up a company's beneficial owners (UBOs), tracing ownership through to the ultimate natural persons under People's Bank of China Orders No. 3 and No. 12, for AML compliance checks, due diligence and look-through regulatory analysis. Use this tool for UBO, beneficial owner or ultimate beneficial natural person questions; for a company's full actual controller result (which may be a legal entity, not a natural person) use get_actual_controller, and for direct first-tier shareholders (including corporate shareholders and LPs) use get_shareholder_info. The returned total shareholding, voting rights and ultimate beneficial share percentages are final values already aggregated by the server-side ownership look-through engine and must be quoted verbatim: do not reconstruct look-through percentages by multiplying tier-by-tier holdings, do not invent intermediate entities (the tool does not return per-path intermediaries), and if an aggregated value differs from any self-calculated component, treat the tool's value as authoritative.
