executive.get_executive_pre_litigation_mediation

Looks up the active pre-litigation mediation records for a specific person at a company, matched by both company name and person name, returning case numbers, causes of action, parties, courts and filing dates. Use this only for natural persons currently listed as directors, supervisors or senior executives; for a company's own active records use get_pre_litigation_mediation, for a company's closed records use get_historical_pre_litigation_mediation, and for a person's closed records use get_executive_historical_pre_litigation_mediation.
