executive.get_executive_terminated_cases

Looks up the currently active terminated-for-this-round enforcement cases tied to a named director, supervisor or senior executive, anchored by both the company and the person's name, returning case numbers, enforcement courts, termination dates, subject amounts and unpaid amounts. Use it to assess an individual's debt repayment capacity or build a credit profile; it covers only natural persons with currently registered records. To query a company's current terminated cases use get_terminated_cases, for a company's historical removed records use get_historical_terminated_cases, and for a person's historical removed records use get_executive_historical_terminated_cases. Data is updated daily from the Supreme People's Court China Enforcement Information Disclosure Portal.
