regulation.get_legal_article_detail

Fetches the verbatim text and traceable source identifier of a single legal article, for when a user asks what an article says or you need to quote "Article N of law X" word for word. Pass id when you have it; otherwise pass regulationName and articleNo together. To verify citations in a passage of text, send the whole passage to get_legal_citation_verify once instead of calling this tool article by article; use get_legal_regulation_detail for a whole regulation, and get_legal_article_search or semantic search when the article number is unknown. By default the currently effective version is returned; if the law has no effective version, the latest version is returned with its validity status noted, so check it before quoting. Pass referDate (only works with the regulationName + articleNo form) or the article id of that version to get a historical version.
