regulation.get_legal_article_search

Searches the statute database for exact keyword matches in article text and returns matching articles with regulation name, article number, and full text; use it when you know words from an article but not which law or article number they come from. If you already know the regulation name and article number, use get_legal_article_detail instead; to find whole regulations by topic use get_legal_regulation_search, and to search by described situation use get_legal_article_semantic_search. Separate multiple keywords with spaces, and use regulationName to narrow to a specific regulation (colloquial names work). Article-level indexing currently covers core laws, administrative regulations, judicial interpretations, and major departmental rules, while local regulations and industry standards are mostly not broken down by article; zero hits do not mean the provision doesn't exist, so fall back to a regulation keyword search to locate it in the full text. The total count includes multiple versions of the same article, while items are deduplicated across versions with the currently effective version preferred.
