regulation.get_legal_regulation_detail

Fetches the full text and complete metadata of a regulation once you know which one you need, for reading it end to end or quoting the whole text. Pass id when you have it; otherwise pass regulationName (full name, abbreviation or common name all work). If you only need a single article, use get_legal_article_detail instead to save context, and if you haven't identified the regulation yet, run a keyword or semantic search first. The full text is always returned in its entirety, so long regulations can consume a lot of context. Name-based lookups return the currently effective version by default; when no version is in force, the latest version is returned with its validity status noted. referDate returns the version in force on that date and only applies when locating by regulationName.
