regulation.get_legal_regulation_search

Searches the laws and regulations database by regulation name, topic keyword, or structured filters such as issuing authority, effect rank, and effect status, returning regulation-level metadata only (no full text). Use get_legal_citation_verify instead to check whether citations in a passage are real and valid, get_legal_article_semantic_search when you can only describe a situation without naming a law, get_legal_regulation_detail for the full text of a known regulation, and get_legal_article_search to find specific articles by literal keyword. Separate multiple keywords with spaces; if keyword is omitted, at least one other valid filter is required. Effect status is not filtered by default, so repealed regulations can appear — pass effectStatus=["currently in force"] to restrict results to laws currently in force. Returned ids can be passed to get_legal_regulation_detail for full text, but article searches must be scoped by regulationName rather than id; matched snippets and regulation summaries are not full text and must not be quoted as such.
