risk.get_case_filing_info

Looks up a company's currently active court case filings (open, not yet concluded), including case number, cause of action, filing date and parties; use it for an initial view of a company's litigation, dispute counts or case-type breakdown. This tool covers only the company × currently active quadrant — for concluded or withdrawn filings use get_historical_case_filing, for current filings against directors, supervisors and senior executives use get_executive_case_filing, and for their historical concluded filings use get_executive_historical_case_filing. Leave year empty to get all years in one call rather than looping year by year.
