Retrieves pending court hearing notices where a company is a party, including case number, cause of action, hearing time and party role, for tracking active litigation and upcoming court dates. This tool covers only current, not-yet-heard hearings for companies; for past hearings use get_historical_hearing_notice, and for directors, supervisors and senior executives use get_executive_hearing_notice or get_executive_historical_hearing_notice. Leave year empty to get all years in one call rather than looping year by year.
