risk.get_terminated_cases

Looks up a company's currently active terminated-enforcement cases (terminated this enforcement proceeding, debt unresolved), including termination date, enforcement amount and unfulfilled amount, for enforcement-risk checks and debt-repayment assessment. This tool covers only current company records; for historical records removed from the list use get_historical_terminated_cases, and for directors, supervisors and senior executives use get_executive_terminated_cases or get_executive_historical_terminated_cases. Data is updated T+1 from the Supreme People's Court's China Enforcement Information Disclosure Portal.
