tender.search_tenders

Searches tender and award notices with combined filters for keywords, notice type and status, region, procurement method and type, industry, publication date, and budget or winning-amount range, returning a paginated list plus a query summary. Use it to find bidding opportunities or award results by product or project keyword, or to scan and monitor the market by region, industry, or amount range. To look up the tender records of a specific company as buyer, bidder, or winner, first call search_companies to resolve the company ID, then call search_company_tenders; putting a company name in keywords here only gives weak text matching that mixes in same-named companies and incidental mentions. Use get_tender_detail for the full text, timeline, and contacts of a single notice, search_company_tenders for notices from a company's perspective, and search_proposed_projects for planned projects still in early approval. Provide at least one keyword or business filter; date ranges are exclusive on both ends when both are given and inclusive when only one is set, and amounts are in RMB yuan.
