qingdou_submit

Transcribe a short video to text (video transcript / speech-to-text / video-to-text). 提交短视频链接转文案任务,立即返回 `batch_id`(异步非阻塞)。 Extract the full spoken transcript / voiceover script, title and cover image from a Douyin (TikTok China) or WeChat Channels (视频号 / sph) short-video share link. 支持抖音(douyin)、视频号 / 微信(sph)等短视频分享链接 → 提取标题、完整口播文案、封面。 提交后用 `qingdou_result(batch_id)` 轮询取结果。 Keywords: video transcript, transcribe video, speech to text, STT, audio transcription, subtitle/caption extraction, douyin/tiktok/wechat channels transcript, 视频转文字.
