create_flowchart_by_mermaid

Creates an online flowchart in Tencent Docs from Mermaid text, generating the diagram structure and connections. The Mermaid content must be UTF-8 and contain no Chinese characters; special characters do not need escaping. Use exactly the parameter names "title" and "mermaid", not content, text, doc_title, or code. If both tencent-docs (personal) and tencent-docs-oa (enterprise) are connected, use AskUserQuestion to let the user pick the target account before invoking this tool.

Input parameters
