create_smartcanvas_by_mdx

Creates a rich, formatted online smart canvas document in Tencent Docs; use it as the default tool for creating documents. Before generating MDX content, read the mdx_references spec and self-check the output against it item by item (frontmatter, indentation, component syntax, attributes, color tokens); only use markdown when the user explicitly asks for it. Never use http/https image URLs in either format: upload each image with upload_image first and use the returned image_id (cover: image_id, body: <Image src='image_id' alt='description' />, or  in markdown); if an image is too large to upload, compress it locally and retry rather than falling back to a URL. If both tencent-docs (personal) and tencent-docs-oa (enterprise) are connected, use AskUserQuestion to let the user choose the target account before invoking this tool.
