doc.convert_to_html

将整篇 Word 文档（DOC）导出为语义化 HTML，用于结构化读取文档内容与样式（如提取源文档格式特征、参考样式生成新文档）。返回完整 HTML 文档：head 含全局样式，body 为语义化标签 + 内联样式，格式保真：标题输出 h1-h6、表格输出 table/tr/td（含 colspan/rowspan 合并、单元格底纹 background-color、边框）、字体输出 font-family/font-size、段落对齐与缩进输出内联样式。注意：文档中的图片在输出中为内部资源 ID 占位引用，不含图片二进制；需要图片资产（URL 列表）请配合 doc.get_images。输出体积与文档大小正相关，超大文档可能超出单次响应限制 if both tencent-docs (personal) and tencent-docs-oa (enterprise) are connected, use AskUserQuestion to let the user pick the target account before invoking this tool.
