doc.create_with_markdown

Creates a new Word document in Tencent Docs directly from Markdown content, combining document creation and content insertion in one step instead of calling manage.create_file followed by insert_markdown. If both tencent-docs (personal) and tencent-docs-oa (enterprise) are connected, use AskUserQuestion to let the user choose the target account before invoking this tool.
