doc.get_text_property

Reads the effective text properties at a given character index in a DOC document (bold, italic, underline, strikethrough, small caps, color, background_color, highlight, font size in pt, font, super/subscript), mirroring the fields used by update_text_property. A field missing from the response means the property is not explicitly set on the run and should be treated as inherited from the paragraph or style defaults.
