doc.insert_footer

Sets the footer text of a Tencent Docs document, replacing any existing footer content in the target section. It handles one section per call (given by section_index), so call it multiple times to set footers on several sections; the first insert creates a separate header/footer substory for that section and breaks its link to the previous section. This tool is mutually exclusive with doc_set_page_number: calling it clears any existing page numbers (PAGE fields). If both tencent-docs (personal) and tencent-docs-oa (enterprise) are connected, use AskUserQuestion to let the user choose the target account before invoking it.
