doc.insert_footnote

Inserts a footnote or endnote into a Tencent Docs document at a given position. Call resolve_document_structure first to find the correct insertion index, and pass idx as the position of the target text's last character (the paragraph's end_index - 1, just before the ¶ separator) so the reference mark lands at the end of the text rather than mid-sentence. If both tencent-docs (personal) and tencent-docs-oa (enterprise) are connected, use AskUserQuestion to let the user pick the target account before invoking this tool.
