Inserts Markdown content at a specified position in a Tencent Docs Word document, with the engine converting it to rich text automatically; prefer base64_markdown to avoid special-character issues. Call resolve_document_structure first to get the document structure and determine the correct insertion index, and use insert_paragraph plus insert_text instead if you need precise control over heading levels and list styles. If both tencent-docs (personal) and tencent-docs-oa (enterprise) are connected, use AskUserQuestion to let the user pick the target account before invoking this tool.
