doc.insert_normal_link

Inserts a plain hyperlink at a specific position in a Tencent Docs Word document, with a URL and optional display text. Call resolve_document_structure first to get the document structure and determine the correct insertion index; if both tencent-docs (personal) and tencent-docs-oa (enterprise) are connected, use AskUserQuestion to let the user pick the target account before invoking this tool.
