doc.insert_paragraph_with_text

Inserts a text paragraph into a Tencent Docs document in one atomic step: adds the text at the given index, inserts the paragraph break after it, and applies the heading level, numbering, and indentation. Prefer this over calling insert_text and insert_paragraph separately, since it avoids index drift between the two steps. Call resolve_document_structure first to find the correct insertion index; if both tencent-docs (personal) and tencent-docs-oa (enterprise) are connected, use AskUserQuestion to let the user pick the target account before invoking this tool.
