doc.set_table_properties

Updates table properties in a Tencent Docs document, including borders, alignment, width, cell padding, and conditional cell fills for nine region types (whole_table, first_row, last_row, first_col, last_col, band_row_odd, band_row_even, band_col_odd, band_col_even); the table is located by the GCP position idx of any cell inside it, and any property you omit keeps its existing setting. Call resolve_document_structure first to get the correct position index. If both tencent-docs (personal) and tencent-docs-oa (enterprise) are connected, use AskUserQuestion to let the user choose the target account before invoking this tool.
