flowchart.remove_cells

按 id 删除流程图 mxCell，成功后立即提交协同。根格子 0/1 不能删；子节点和连到它们的边会级联删除。调用前先 flowchart.read 确认 id，提交后再 flowchart.read。改文案/坐标请用 flowchart.update_cells；只调 z-order 请用 flowchart.move_cell。file_id 是 padId 不是 domain$padId；tab 默认 BB08J2。（FLOWCHART） if both tencent-docs (personal) and tencent-docs-oa (enterprise) are connected, use AskUserQuestion to let the user pick the target account before invoking this tool.
