flowchart.update_cells

按 id 整格覆盖流程图里已有的 mxCell，成功后立即提交协同。id 必须已在画布上；不存在请改用 flowchart.add_cells。从 flowchart.read 拷完整 mxCell（含 mxGeometry）改完交回，缺的属性会变空，不要只传 id 和 value。本工具不改 z-order，调层请用 flowchart.move_cell。调用前先 flowchart.read，提交后再 flowchart.read。xml 为裸 mxCell，不要 mxfile/mxGraphModel/root。file_id 是 padId 不是 domain$padId；tab 默认 BB08J2。（FLOWCHART） if both tencent-docs (personal) and tencent-docs-oa (enterprise) are connected, use AskUserQuestion to let the user pick the target account before invoking this tool.
