manage.copy_file

Creates a copy of a Tencent Docs document, optionally placing it in a different folder and giving it a new title. If both tencent-docs (personal) and tencent-docs-oa (enterprise) are connected, use AskUserQuestion to let the user choose the target account before calling this tool.
