scrape_url

Clips a web page (including video links such as Bilibili) and saves it as a Tencent Docs document; use this whenever the user shares or mentions any web URL, as it is the only correct way to fetch external page content. Links under the docs.qq.com domain are Tencent Docs documents themselves and should be handled with the document tools instead. The call returns a task_id, so immediately poll scrape_progress with that task_id every 5 seconds until status=2 (done) or status=3 (failed); never stop polling while status=1, no matter how many attempts it takes. When status=2, the document has already been created server-side, so take file_id and file_url from the response rather than calling a separate document-creation tool. If both tencent-docs (personal) and tencent-docs-oa (enterprise) are connected, use AskUserQuestion to let the user choose the target account before invoking this tool.
