count删除行数，未传时默认 1，必须大于 0
file_id文档ID，与 file_url 二选一
file_url在线幻灯片的URL链接，与 file_id 二选一
index起始删除行索引，从 0 开始
page_index目标幻灯片页索引，从 0 开始计数
shape_id目标表格 shape id
