Retrieves slide deck metadata: total slide count, ordered slide_ids, and slide dimensions in EMU and points. Use it before adding or editing slides to understand the deck structure. If both tencent-docs (personal) and tencent-docs-oa (enterprise) are connected, use AskUserQuestion to let the user pick the target account before invoking this tool.
