列出所有支持的动画类型，包含类型名称、分类（entrance / exit / emphasis）以及是否支持方向参数。返回的 type 整数值可直接用于 slide_add_anim 的 anim_type 参数（SLIDE） if both tencent-docs (personal) and tencent-docs-oa (enterprise) are connected, use AskUserQuestion to let the user pick the target account before invoking this tool.
