批注类型：1=页级，2=元素级，3=文本级

file_id

文档ID，与 file_url 二选一

file_url

在线幻灯片URL，与 file_id 二选一

group_id

批注分组 ID

page_index

幻灯片页索引，从 0 开始

shape_id

shape ID

批注文本（覆盖式：传空串会清空原文，不修改请省略此字段）
