设置表格单元格填充/对齐/边距/边框，以及整格字体（font_name/font_size/font_color/bold/italic）。字符子范围样式请用 slide_set_text_property 并传 row/col（SLIDE） if both tencent-docs (personal) and tencent-docs-oa (enterprise) are connected, use AskUserQuestion to let the user pick the target account before invoking this tool.

Input parameters
bold整格加粗
border_color边框颜色，6 位 RGB hex（可带 #）或 none
border_sides边框边：left / right / top / bottom；省略表示四边
border_width边框宽度，单位 pt
col_span列跨度，未传时默认 1
file_id文档ID，与 file_url 二选一
file_url在线幻灯片的URL链接，与 file_id 二选一
fill_color填充颜色，6 位 RGB hex（可带 #）或 none 表示透明
font_color整格字体颜色，6 位 RGB hex（可带 #）
font_name整格字体名称
font_size整格字号，单位 pt
italic整格斜体
margin_bottom下边距，单位 pt
margin_left左边距，单位 pt
margin_right右边距，单位 pt
margin_top上边距，单位 pt
page_index目标幻灯片页索引，从 0 开始计数
row_span行跨度，未传时默认 1
shape_id目标表格 shape id
start_col起始列索引，从 0 开始
start_row起始行索引，从 0 开始
