slide_
Sets the theme of a Tencent Docs presentation, either by switching to a theme already present in the document or by applying a built-in theme ID. To use a built-in theme, set is_builtin to true and pass an ID from slide_list_builtin_themes. If both tencent-docs (personal) and tencent-docs-oa (enterprise) are connected, use AskUserQuestion to let the user pick the target account before invoking this tool.
