Creates a smart sheet dashboard from a plan, including charts, tables, statistics, text, word clouds, layout and filters; one call creates a single dashboard. If both tencent-docs (personal) and tencent-docs-oa (enterprise) are connected, use AskUserQuestion to let the user pick the target account before invoking this tool.
